Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Questify mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Questify. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service and, if you are under the age required by your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian's consent. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that happens under it via Sign in with Apple.

Questify lets you turn personal habits and to-dos into "quests," tracks your completion history and streaks, and represents your progress through a virtual character, stats, badges, and league rankings. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

We may add, change, or remove features, and may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage (for example, to farm gold or XP outside intended gameplay).
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including leaderboards and leagues.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Questify offers optional premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions, processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed on our behalf by RevenueCat. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the app store you purchased through — refer to their terms for billing specifics. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device's account settings.

Virtual items such as gold, XP, badges, and shop cosmetics have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, and are non-transferable.

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app (such as custom quest titles and descriptions). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of operating the Service. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.

The Service, including its design, gameplay systems, characters, artwork, and branding, is owned by Questify and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.Questify is a personal productivity and motivation tool — it is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, and we don't guarantee any particular outcome from using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Questify and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
